The affordable plan, underwritten by Markel Insurance Company, pays set benefits for procedures, so there are no surprises for you. It also allows you to see the dentist of your choice. Coverage is available for individuals and families.

Depending on the plan’s coverage level, some procedures may be subject to a 12-month waiting period for coverage to take effect. Annual maximums apply to all coverage levels.

Preventive / diagnostic care, including exams, cleanings, X-rays and sealants
Major restorative, including crowns, inlays, bridges, dentures and crown buildup
Minor restorative, including fillings; crown, bridge and denture repairs; and tissue conditioning

Periodontics, including tissue grafts, gingivectomy and periodontal scaling or splinting
