The recruitment process includes an in-person interview, verifying background information, and if needed, a personality profile. In addition to completing an online training course, new agents also have access to onsite training. It is imperative that they know the myriad of products, and know how sell them compliantly, while ensuring suitability for the customer. Once on board, we provide agents with unmatched resources: enrollment and marketing tools, branded web pages, and on-demand sales support. Our compliance team also tracks agents' licenses to ensure they remain current and that we are operating compliantly in all jurisdictions.
Homeland HealthCare, Inc. constantly monitors the health benefits landscape and works with our associations to identify requirements, gaps and opportunities. Then we work with leading carriers to create or tailor products that address those needs with the desired benefits and levels – and optimal pricing. Once products are ready for launch, they are loaded into our sophisticated management portal while our teams develop ready-to-use marketing and sales tools to help agents sell these plans, including product-specific fulfillment materials. Premium Billing and Collections
As a third-party administrator, we handle all aspects of monthly premium collection and billing. We set up automated payments from members; collect monthly premiums; and accurately distribute the amounts earned to the appropriate carriers, agents and other parties. This service simplifies payment and streamlines processing for our carriers and agents.
