The heart of Homeland HealthCare, Inc. is our Customer Care team. This group of dedicated, genuinely helpful and knowledgeable professionals works with our association members to answer each question and address any concerns on the first call.

We continually align staffing levels with the number of association members we support to make sure members are helped promptly and fully without being rushed. Our Customer Care team focuses on educating members so they understand and can take full advantage of the benefits and affiliated programs available through their membership. Representatives also answer questions and resolve issues relating specifically to their health care benefits package.
