CEO
Stephen Jones founded what is now Homeland HealthCare, Inc. in 1997 and possesses more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to founding the company, he served as regional marketing director for American Dental Corporation in Dallas from 1991-1997. Previous insurance experience includes positions with Colonial Life and Accident, American Heritage Life Insurance, and Texas Farm Bureau Insurance. Mr. Jones earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.
Robert J. Byrnes

Robert Byrnes has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined Homeland HealthCare, Inc. as a partner in 2006 after serving as president of Professional Marketing Associates, a marketing agency specializing in individual medical health insurance, from 2002-2006. Prior to joining PMA, from 1990-1999, Mr. Byrnes was executive vice president of marketing at Lifestyles Marketing. Mr. Byrnes studied business at Louisiana State University.
Michael Sullivan

Mike Sullivan joined Homeland HealthCare, Inc. in 2009 and contributes 20 years of senior-level leadership experience at Fortune 500, start-up and international organizations. Previously, he served as senior vice president at HSBC Holdings from 2001-2009. Prior to HSBC, Mr. Sullivan was a senior director at Aceva Technologies from 1999-2001. He came to Aceva from Sears, Roebuck and Co., where he served as manager of business analysis and strategy from 1997-1999. Mr. Sullivan earned his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from the University of Michigan.

Bill Keys has more than 20 years' experience in a CFO role. Before joining Homeland HealthCare, Inc. in 2010, he was a partner at Tatum, an executive services firm, from 2002-2010. While at Tatum, Mr. Keys served as Interim CFO at SouthernCare, Inc. from 2008-2009. He also served as CFO for Genezen Healthcare, Inc. from 2005-2008 and as CFO of Senior Living Properties from 2002-2007. Mr. Keys has extensive experience specifically with health care companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Reba Leonard joined Homeland HealthCare, Inc. in 2010 with more than 25 years of experience in analysis and operations management. Her responsibilities at Homeland HealthCare encompass oversight of compliance and licensing. Previously, Ms. Leonard was senior project manager with HSBC Card Services from 1994-2009. Prior to her time with HSBC Card Services, she served as an analyst with the U.S. Army from 1984-1994. Ms. Leonard earned a status of Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) in July 2012, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2006 and has been a member of the global Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2001.

Bill Wachel came to Homeland HealthCare, Inc. in 2011. He previously served as the senior IT executive at the largest anesthesiology physician group in the United States, and as chief information officer at Medidata Solutions, a fast-growing $80 million provider of services and software for clinical research. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wachel served as a principal at Booz Allen & Hamilton, an internationally recognized business strategy consulting firm. He served the citizens of the State of Texas as a five-year appointee of the governor on the board of the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR), the agency responsible for a majority of IT policies and procurement for Texas state agencies. Mr. Wachel holds an MBA from SMU and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.
