Accident Medical with AD&D

Accidental medical coverage pays up to $2,000 for all persons covered under medical plan. Accidental Death and Dismemberment double the accident indemnity amount paying up to $4,000. Benefit pays per occurrence with a $100 deductible. This benefit covers you on and off the job 24/7 (unless workers' compensation is in place). Coverage is underwritten by Markel.
