ACCIDENT MEDICAL WITH AD&D
Benefits paying up to $2,000 in accident medical coverage for all persons covered under medical plan. Accidental Death and Dismemberment double the accident indemnity amount paying up to $4,000. Benefit pays per occurrence with a $100 deductible.
