At Homeland, we utilize several different medias for enrollment and benefit communications. Customized Online Enrollment Homeland utilizes and manages a propriety software program to accomodate online enrollment. Each enrollment portal can be customized to include the company logo and colors of the client company. Our program also provides a management area for both the plan administrator and agent to view account activity in "real time" Custom Enrollment Guides and Forms The enrollment guides are generated to the specific program selected and to accomodate the payroll frequency premium amounts. These guides can include a paper enrollment form and payroll or bank draft authorization forms. All paper enrollments are processed and loaded into our online system - keeping everyone in the loop. Phone Center Homeland has a dedicated in house phone center for small and large enrollments. Homeland can accomodate varying enrollments and volume; including out-bound enrollment calls when appropriate. Enrollments are taken and recorded by licensed enrollment specialist. |
