Dallas 100 - Southern Methodist University (SMU)

For the fourth year in a row, Homeland HealthCare, Inc. has been named one of the 100 fastest-growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex by SMU's Cox School of Business. The company is now ranked the sixteenth-fastest growing company in the region.

The 100 Fastest Growing Companies list is developed by the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business Caruth Institute. The Dallas 100 Awards are bestowed annually upon privately held companies in and around Dallas. In order to qualify for this esteemed award, a company must meet certain criteria, including an excellent sales history and a high level of character. The Dallas 100 Awards were co-founded in 1990 by the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship.

Reba Leonard Successfully Completes Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) Examination

The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) designated Reba Leonard, Chief Compliance Officer of Homeland HealthCare, Inc. as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) on July 23, 2012. Granted through an examination process, Ms. Leonard's CCEP certification signifies that she is a professional with knowledge of relevant regulations and expertise in compliance processes sufficient to assist corporate industries to understand and address legal obligations, and promote organizational integrity through the operation of effective compliance programs.

Lousiana State University (LSU) 100

The LSU 100, created by the Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institute, recognizes and celebrates the 100 fastest-growing LSU-owned or LSU-led businesses in the world. Homeland Healthcare was named #1 on the LSU 100 in March 2012. Robert Byrnes, president of Homeland Healthcare, is an alumnus of Louisiana State University and accepted the award on behalf of Homeland Healthcare.

Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Companies – Second Consecutive Year

Inc. magazine ranked Homeland HealthCare, Inc. No. 468 on its 30th annual Inc. 500, 3rd line: received this honor after finishing No. 249 in last year's rankings. This is an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. This will be the second consecutive year Homeland HealthCare, Inc has received this honor after finishing No. 249 on last year's rankings.

The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America's independent entrepreneurs. Companies such as Microsoft, Zappos, Intuit, Jamba Juice, Zipcar, Clif Bar, Vizio, Oracle, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500.

The 2011 Inc. 500, unveiled in the September issue of Inc, is a group of companies that make up aggregate revenue of $10.5 billion, with a median three-year growth of 1,275 percent. The companies on this year's list employ more than 46,000 people and generated over 35,000 jobs in the past three years. 2012 is another year of projected growth for Homeland HealthCare, Inc. We are expanding our product line to include short-term medical insurance and GAP insurance, which helps supplement high-deductible major medical plans. We are also partnering with financially strong, A-rated, and well-recognized insurance carriers to increase our portfolio of limited medical products. This will allow us to assist more underinsured or uninsured Americans by providing them with the opportunity to obtain much-needed coverage.

Homeland HealthCare, Inc will celebrate with fellow award winners at the Gaylord Resort in National Harbor, Maryland. Chief Executive Officer Steve Jones will attend the ceremonies on the company's behalf.
