The Homeland HealthCare team is comprised of seasoned insurance professionals with a vast knowledge in both group and individual markets. Cumulatively we bring over 50 years of experience in insurance administration, marketing and sales management.

This is only a brief description of the coverage(s) available under National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA policy series N20001 and Markel Insurance Company policy series 4502AH, and Continental American Insurance Company policy series CAIC 6500-MP et al and C1200-MP et al. The Policy will contain reductions, limitations, exclusions and termination provisions. Full details of coverage are contained in the Policy. If there is any conflict between the contents of this document and the Policy, the Policy will govern in all cases.

SureCare Limited Insurance is underwritten by Markel Insurance Company with its principle place of business at 4600 Cox Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060. Limited Benefit Indemnity-Based Group Health Insurance, marketed under the service mark "SureCare" and bearing the policy form serious number 4502AH, or any state variation thereof; and Group Vision, bearing the policy form series number C22438DBG, C22438(MES)DBG, or any state variation thereof.

SelectCare Limited Insurance is underwritten by Continental American Insurance Company with its principle place of business at 2801 Devine Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29205. CAIC 6500-MP et al and C1200-MP et al. Coverage may not be available in all states.

SecureCare Limited Insurance is underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa., a Pennsylvania insurance company, with its principal place of business at 175 Water Street, New York, NY 10038. NUFIC is currently authorized to transact business in all states and the District of Columbia. NAIC No. 19445. Coverage may not be available in all states.

Limited Benefit Health Insurance pays indemnity based benefits for a covered injury or sickness. It is not traditional comprehensive health insurance and should not be considered a substitute for comprehensive health insurance or major medical coverage.
